Pad Thai sauce is very easy to make.  Pad Thai noodles are becoming  
very popular around the world, and can easily be made at home if    
you  have the right ingredients. The key to good pad thai sauce is tamarind

How to cook

 Stir 200 g Sen-lek (Rice noodle) with hot water until its soft
 Add Pad Thai sauce and mix
 Add dried or fresh shrimp,tofu, egg, sprout and garlic chives (kui –chai)
 Mix well and fry for one minute. Serve with crust peanut,lime and vegetables
