The Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD) would like to extend our sincere thanks to Khun Puifai, owner of the brand “Nam Prik Pui Zaep Pak”, for trusting us to provide product consultation and analysis services at the Food Quality Assurance Service Center (FQA).

The initial consultation was conducted by Ms. Sawinee Kritphon, Senior Researcher from the Food Technology Transfer and Information Center. During the visit, Khun Puifai also took the opportunity to explore and support IFRPD’s in-house products.

The visit took place on May 31, 2024, at the Amornbhumirat Building, Kasetsart University, Bangkhen Campus.
