ภาพกิจกรรมระหว่างวันที่ 31 มกราคม - 3 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 สถาบันค้นคว้าและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ เข้าร่วมจัดบูธนิทรรศการเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์หน่วยงาน, คลินิกอาหารให้คำปรึกษาปัญหาเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารแปรรูป โดยผู้ประกอบการจะได้รับคำปรึกษาโดยตรงจากนักวิจัยของสถาบันฯ ภายในงาน TIF & FOOD PACK ASIA 2024 ทั้งนี้ยังนำผลงานวิจัยผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารกลุ่มโปรตีนทางเลือกร่วมจัดแสดงในงานดังกล่าว ณ ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค (BITEC)

Event Highlights | January 31 – February 3, 2024

The Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD), Kasetsart University, participated in the TIF & FOOD PACK ASIA 2024 exhibition held at BITEC (Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre).

IFRPD showcased an exhibition booth to promote its services and publicize the institute’s work. A Food Clinic was also set up to offer on-site consultations for food entrepreneurs, who received direct advice from the institute’s expert researchers on issues related to processed food products.

In addition, the institute presented its research on alternative protein food products as part of the exhibition display.
