IFRPD ช่วยสนับสนุนผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจอาหารอย่างไรบ้าง?

- การบริการให้คำปรึกษา : เราพร้อมเคียงข้างผู้ประกอบการ ที่สนใจพัฒนาและปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารของคุณ ผ่านบริการให้คำปรึกษา“คลินิกอาหาร: Food Clinic” ได้ที่เบอร์ 02-579-5587 ทุกวันพฤหัสบดี เวลา 9.30 -11.30 น.

- การบริการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร : IFRPD ดำเนินการค้นคว้า วิจัย ทดลองและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร เพื่อตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของผู้ประกอบการอย่างตรงจุด โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทาง ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพพร้อมผลิตออกจำหน่าย

- การบริการฝึกอบรม : IFRPD มีบริการหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการด้านอาหารที่หลากหลายตลอดปี  อาทิ ด้านเทคโนโลยีการผลิตและแปรรูป การยืดอายุเก็บรักษาอาหาร ตลอดจนการขออนุญาตสถานที่ผลิตและการขออนุญาตเลขผลิตภัณฑ์ (อย.) เป็นต้น โดยวิทยากรที่มีความประสบการณ์และความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน นอกจากนี้ผู้เข้าอบรมยังสามารถกำหนดหัวข้อที่สนใจพร้อมนัดหมาย เพื่อเข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเฉพาะกลุ่มหรือส่วนตัวได้อีกด้วย

- บริการวิเคราะห์และทดสอบ (FQA) : IFRPD มีบริการตรวจวิเคราะห์ ทดสอบ ด้านเคมี ด้านจุลินทรีย์ การตรวจวิเคราะห์เพื่อจัดทำฉลากโภชนาการ ตลอดจนการทดสอบทางชีวภาพด้านโภชนาการและพิษวิทยาอาหาร โดยห้องปฏิบัติการที่ได้รับรองมาตรฐานสากล ISO/IEC 17025 สามารถนำผลตรวจวิเคราะห์ไปยื่นเพื่อขออนุญาตฉลากโภชนาการของผลิตภัณฑ์ต่อได้

- บริการรับจ้างผลิต (OEM) : รวมถึงบริการเครื่องมือ เครื่องจักร ในโรงงานผลิตอาหาร

IFRPD พร้อมให้คำแนะนำผู้ประกอบการทุกระดับ ด้วยความมืออาชีพและประสบการณ์เชี่ยวชาญในการพัฒนาคุณภาพอาหาร ยาวนานกว่า 50 ปี เพื่อให้ธุรกิจอาหารของคุณเติบโตและประสบความสำเร็จในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารอย่างมั่นคงต่อไป

The Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD), Kasetsart University, offers a wide range of professional services to support food businesses at every stage of development.

Consultation Services

We stand beside entrepreneurs who are interested in improving and developing their food products through our “Food Clinic” consultation service.

Food Product Development Services

IFRPD provides research, experimentation, and product development to help meet the specific needs of food businesses. Our specialized experts ensure that the resulting products are of high quality and ready for market launch.

Training Services

We offer hands-on training courses throughout the year on various food-related topics such as food processing technologies, shelf-life extension, food production licensing, and FDA product registration. Our trainers are experienced professionals.

Customized or private group training sessions are also available upon request.

Food Quality Analysis & Testing (FQA)

IFRPD provides comprehensive analysis and testing services, including chemical, microbiological, nutritional labeling, and food toxicology tests.

Our laboratory is accredited with ISO/IEC 17025, and results can be used for official nutrition labeling approvals.

OEM & Manufacturing Services

We offer contract manufacturing (OEM) services, including access to food processing machines and equipment in our pilot plant facilities.
