ภาพกิจกรรมการฝึกอบรมนานาชาติ Food and Feed Extrusion Technology 2024

 

เมื่อวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2567 ดร.พิศมัย ศรีชาเยช ผู้อำนวยการ ให้เกียรติเป็นประธานเปิดการฝึกอบรมนานาชาติ Food and Feed Extrusion 2024 ณ ห้องละอองฟ้า (305) ชั้น 3 อาคารอมรภูมิรัตน

 

กิจกรรมฝึกอบรมนานาชาติ Food and Feed Extrusion 2024 เกิดขึ้นจากความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันค้นคว้าและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร และบริษัท Dennis Forte and Associates ประเทศออสเตรเลีย ซึ่งในปีนี้เปิดสอน 2 หลักสูตร ได้แก่ หลักสูตร Applied Food and Feed Extrusion ระหว่างวันที่ 15-17 กรกฎาคม 2567 และหลักสูตร Food and Feed Drying Technology ระหว่างวันที่ 18-19 กรกฎาคม 2567 โดยมี Mr. Dennis Forte ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลนีเอกซ์ทรูชัน เป็นวิทยากรทั้งภาคบรรยายและภาคปฏิบัติ

 

 

 

International Training Program: Food and Feed Extrusion Technology 2024

On July 15, 2024, Dr. Phisamai Srichayet, Director of the Institute of Food Research and Product Development (IFRPD), presided over the opening ceremony of the Food and Feed Extrusion Technology 2024 international training program at Laongfa Room (Room 305), 3rd Floor, Amornbhumirat Building, Kasetsart University.

This international training program was a result of the collaboration between IFRPD and Dennis Forte and Associates, Australia.

This year’s training includes two specialized courses:

Applied Food and Feed Extrusion : July 15–17, 2024

Food and Feed Drying Technology : July 18–19, 2024

The courses were conducted by Mr. Dennis Forte, an expert in extrusion technology, and included both theory and hands-on practical sessions.
