The training course on “Thermal Processing and Extrusion Process” was held on February 7, 2024, at Amornbhumirat Building, Kasetsart University, Bangkhen Campus. The session was conducted by Dr. Phisamai Srichayet, Director of the Institute of Food Research and Product Development.
